Several team members had reached out to say that the PaymentNet site was difficult to navigate and because it lacked a mobile app, it made coding and approving transactions difficult.

Starting 3/1, we are now using a different platform, called SAP Concur. Concur offers an easy-to-use mobile app, and you only need to code and/or approve transactions once a month. If you have any further questions, please email CBSOneCard@gocbs.com.
