EDI update
We are continuing to make great strides in our EDI integration. There are only a few customers remaining to make the transition to NetSuite. Currently, the team is working on Mopar Canada.  Congrats and thank you to Lee Freeze and April Johnson for their leadership here!  Every EDI integration takes more load off our operations teams from having to transfer inventory between systems.

Branch numbering consolidation
Last month, we consolidated our Memphis branches into one branch number in NetSuite!  CJ Odegbo is leading this effort and is currently working to get the remaining 18 branches consolidated.  The project is a tail project from the branches that were consolidated in 2022, where a legacy-CB and legacy-BSI branch were consolidated and working under two branch numbers. This saves tremendous time—about 10 hours each week—from having to transfer inventory in NetSuite, between the 2 branch numbers.

Product Master Cleanup
Darron Geer is working through this project currently to clean up the data on product information in NetSuite.  Over many years of integrations and not having data consistency, this will greatly help the entire company.  There are 96 product data fields and we determined we only needed about 50.  Darron has already cleaned up and made consistent, 2900 battery items and is pushing over the coming weeks to complete all battery items.  Matt Hernandez is working to standardize the 23,000 accessory items.
