The Infrastructure and Security Teams have met with 73 branch managers thus far. In these meetings, Dirk s are listening to the individual challenges of the specific branch, training on how to log and escalate cases, and gathering information regarding the technical footprint of the branch for support and upgrade purposes. Julius is covering several Cybersecuirty topics including Knowbe4 security training. Thank you to the branch managers and IT team who have met thus far and we look forward to completing the tour.
