We are ready for the next step in the NetSuite integration process: Battery X-Change and Blanchard Electric.
To kick off the integration efforts, members of the Integrations team—CFO Rob Williams, CIO Jim Kitchen, Project Manager Paul Henderson, and Luke Miller—met in Portland last month with Creig Henry and the rest of the BX/BE team.
“Creig and his team were wonderful hosts. Their positive attitude and engagement is what will allow for a seamless integration process,” CFO Rob Williams.
John Merklein has also stepped up to help with the BX/BE integration and will be key to the effort
Prospective Integration Timeline
EDI Integration On Track
We have completed Phase 1 to 3 of the NetSuite EDI integration. In the month of January, we
received over 2,300 EDI orders directly into NetSuite! While there are still many more customers to
integrate, we have made a lot of progress.
We expect Mopar EDI integration to be complete by the end of February.
Thank you for all your hard work in making this possible!
We continue to work towards consolidating all payments, ensuring they are sent to a
single address and Lockbox.
All legacy-BSI customers have now received communication about the new payment
information.
With the automation we have built between NetSuite and JP Morgan, this move will
further help to automate the payment reconciliation process and remove more manual
work, which is a great outcome!
As stated earlier, please be prepared to answer customer questions and confirm the new
payment information.
We will ensure all branches, A/R Specialists, TSM’s and operations leadership have
this information to be able to help our customers through this change. If you have any
questions, please reach out to your manager.

Introducing the New CBS Project Management Team
Please welcome Miriam Morales as the final addition to the Project Management team. This team, led by CFO Rob Williams, is charged with providing project management support for all major projects across the company, particularly where projects require the interaction of various functions across the organization.
This team is also at the heart of helping to prioritize all of the major initiatives that are underway so we can appropriately resource projects so that we ensure what we begin, we finish.
Karen Guidos has been the lead project manager for the main CB/BSI integration effort and is leading the PM efforts on the remaining integration items such as the EDI integration.
Paul Henderson moved to the PM team last month from his role in accounting. He had previously been working on many integration initiatives for many prior acquisitions/integrations so this is not a major change for him. However, he is now fully engaged as PM on various projects, the largest of which is bringing Battery X-Change and Blanchard Electric, onto NetSuite.
Miriam Morales is currently transitioning from her current role on the Customer Experience team and will bring her CX expertise to the role. Her first project will be taking over the PM responsibilities for the B2B Portal project, which is one of the important strategic initiatives this year to get more of our customers interacting with us, in a digital format.
