Thank you to Gilbert Preciado for bringing a PAX Terminal issue to the attention of senior leaders visiting the Phoenix branch last month. There was an error where we sometimes could not give a credit card refund. Because Gilbert brought the issue to the forefront, the sporadic credit card refund problem from the PAX terminals has been fixed!
This was an issue that sometimes hindered a great customer experience, and we are grateful for team members like Gilbert that speak up and share issues so we can resolve them! As a reminder, if you see a problem or know of a better way of doing something, please share it with your leadership. It’s the only way we will continue improving!
