One Team Hero: Shane Jones

This month's One Team Hero is Shane Jones, our branch manager at the legacy CBC Lakeland, FL location.

 

"Shane has been with the Continental Battery Systems family since the acquisition of Batteries by Fisher in November of 2019. He assumed the branch manager position and the challenges that came along with it with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Through the initial integration process, to several years of successful branch management, Shane has been an integral part of our team in Florida. His willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a dynamic work environment has distinguished Shane as a stand out manager.

 

As the company grew and expanded, Shane was always the first one to raise his hand when assistance was needed at other locations. When short on manpower in other regions, Shane was happy to travel to our most help needed locations and support the teams on site. During the recent Netsuite integration process, he supported multiple facilities both on site and remotely, all the while still managing his own branch to the highest level. His willingness to take the extra time to review procedures, answer questions, and help resolve problems in a timely manner has been a huge asset in the integration process, as well as building our One Team mentality. Continental Battery Systems is lucky to have team members like Shane, and we are excited to see his continued success within the organization."
