EDI update
We are continuing to make great strides in our EDI integration. There are only a few customers remaining to make the transition to NetSuite. Currently, the team is working on Mopar Canada. Congrats and thank you to Lee Freeze and April Johnson for their leadership here! Every EDI integration takes more load off our operations teams from having to transfer inventory between systems.
Happy Birthday to our April Birthday group!

We’re thrilled Camping World has selected CBS to be the primary vendor for its private label, Electric World.
This new partnership places CBS as the exclusive provider of Electric World batteries for all of Camping World’s 200+ stores nationwide!
"The merger really made this possible. Camping World wanted someone that could serve all their locations. When we became CBS, we were able to do that. It allows us to show our power as One Team," said Frank Westphal, National Account Manager for Camping World.
We have reCHARGED the CBS Communications Team with a slew of new members and the best of our former Comm Team. These outstanding team members exemplify what it means to be ONE TEAM!
Sean started his career with Exide in 2000 as a Contract Laborer in the warehouse. Shortly after, Sean was identified as a stellar employee and was offered a full-time position with Exide. Sean quickly picked up on everything there was to learn about the battery business. One thing led to another and he was promoted to Line Lead and then on to Warehouse Supervisor. Sean excelled at all the positions he had. Eventually the opportunity came along for Sean to run the Richmond Warehouse as a Branch Manager. Sean took the job and ran with it.
Sean has worked for Exide, Battery Systems, and Continental Battery Systems. Through all the mergers and changes, Sean has consistently run a great branch. The Richmond branch leadership has a great rapport with its staff and very little turnover. The branch is very clean and well-run. All of this can be attributed to Sean’s willingness to embrace change, learn new things, and work hard. Sean instills all of the aforementioned values in the Richmond Team, and it shows every day. The word TEAM and Richmond branch are synonyms with one another. No one needs to be asked to do anything; they just do it because they are part of the TEAM. Sean truly shows that hard work and dedication pay off in the end!
