One Team Hero: Darnell Johnson

"When I had to start helping our St Pete location, that meant I was not at our Lakeland facility enough for constant support. So I turned to Darnell to pick up more responsibility. I took one of our drivers off of the road to put at our front desk to assist with daily ops within the branch. In doing this, I needed someone to take over what that driver was doing. Darnell came to me and said that he would take on what our driver was doing along with doing his job at the same time. We sat down and figured out just exactly how he was going to be able to manage both jobs at the same time. We had a plan and off he went. I had concerns that this might cause customers to be overlooked, but let me tell you, Darnell has gone above and beyond. He has proven to me that any challenge that he is given he will concur with his head held high. I am so impressed with the workload he manages. He is a valuable asset to our team and I'm thankful that I can always depend on him."
