Mopar went live in NetSuite on 3/1. With this recent milestone, we now have 91 of 106 EDI customers in NetSuite!
On 2/27, Battery X-Change’s Vancouver location successfully went live in NetSuite and the remaining Battery X-Change locations went live on Monday, 3/6!
Thank you to every team member that made this transition possible! We could not have accomplished this task without the leadership of Creig Henry, Cindy Polenske, and Matt Hernandez, along with the entire BX/BE team!
Blanchard Electric locations are set to go live on 4/3.
JJ started at Continental Battery as a teenager, where he and his cousin once got in trouble for putting battery labels on his supervisor Mo’s back. More than a decade later, JJ is a solid part of the backbone of CBS.
Every month, CBS generates 2 million transaction lines. JJ oversees the development of NetSuite business rules and processes that keep transactions going where users tell them to go. Scaling a mobile organization from 70 employees in 21 branches to 1,600 employees in 220 branches is a large major undertaking.
JJ has a special talent that allows him to understand users’ business needs and requirements and translate them into complex technical documents that result in fixes, changes, enhancements, and new features once complete. Moreover, he is able to visualize in detail how the data flows for every transaction, bolt-on, and application that links to the system and make needed changes accordingly or delegate them to his team.
His development team includes Brad Prince, Roman Lopez, and several vendors. To facilitate the merger, JJ oversaw the development of many new business processes, workflows, and automations such as tolling, online ordering integration, and warehouse management. We’ve had about a dozen folks tell us that JJ is their One Team Hero. Many thanks to him for always being there for us.
