The CBS OneTeam Spirit of coming together and going the extra mile to provide superior customer service was recognized last month at FleetPride’s Annual Supplier Summit event where Continental Battery Systems won the Heavy Haul award!
This prestigious award is one of the eight total awards celebrated within FleetPride’s nearly 100 suppliers.
“We were in a real pickle at the beginning of the year, and you really came through for us,” said Candice Boliver of FleetPride. “The communication and commitment were really strong and we appreciated that, what you made happen.”
The FleetPride program was a true “heavy haul” from the start. The customer onboarding occurred during the NetSuite integration, which was a major undertaking in itself. Team members had to manually enter about 200 orders each week for 2-3 months to service FleetPride’s 200+ locations.
“The thing I want to emphasize is that it was truly a OneTeam effort. It took everybody moving to take care of this and get it going,” said Chris Pourroy, Director of Sales Ops. “We took a process that takes 4 months or longer and knocked it down to 60 days.”

What’s next?
